What forms of payment are accepted?

How do I know if my payment has been received?

After completing your order, you’ll receive an automated email confirming your payment. Please keep this email until you receive your package. If you don’t see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact our support team at contact@curebook.shop, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Can I change my billing or shipping information? Please contact us at contact@curebook.shop for any updates as soon as possible. We can update the shipping information as long as the order has not been shipped yet.

If I would like to make a gift purchase, can you send my purchase to a different address? Yes, we can send your order to a different address.

How can I track my shipment? Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation number via email within 24-48 hours. You can use our tracking page to monitor the status of your order.

How long does it take for orders to be processed before shipping? All orders undergo processing within 1–5 business days. Please note that processing doesn’t occur on weekends or holidays.
